Improvements and Additions

• Rewrote broker position synchronization end to end.
• Rewrote the Trade Copier, including a restructured interface.

• Added the ability to choose which diagnostics are included in the support export.
• Added a message in the connection wizards when the selected adapter has no settings to configure.
• Made the Bar Timer work on Heikin Ashi bars.
• Disabled Heikin Ashi bars when the bar source type is Day.
• Removed the Sim External broker adapter.
• Removed the Trading Technologies broker adapter.

• Fixed tick-based bracket orders losing their configured tick distance when the parent order is moved.
• Fixed Heiken Ashi bars not plotting correctly.
• Fixed order quantity not syncing correctly when an order was modified on the broker side (Rithmic).
