Because of the exclusive nature of our digital and subscription-based offerings, we maintain a strict policy around purchases and swaps.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the Tickblaze Marketplace are final. Due to the instant-access, non-transferable nature of our products—including algorithms, indicators, and education, we do not issue refunds under any circumstance.

Love It or Swap It – Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Not fully satisfied? We’ve got you.
Within 30 days of your original purchase, you can request a one-time swap for another product—no questions asked.

Here’s how it works:
  • One-Time Swap Only: Each purchase is eligible for a single swap.
  • Choose a Different Product: You can exchange your product for another digital item of equal or lesser value—across any category: algos, indicators, trade room subscriptions, or coaching.
Subscriptions vs. One-Time Products:
  • Subscription to Non-Subscription: If you are swapping from a subscription-based product to a one-time product, we will cancel your subscription and provide access to the replacement product.
  • Non-Subscription to Subscription: If you are swapping to a subscription-based product, we will issue a custom coupon code to cover the initial payment(s) based on the value of your original purchase. After the equivalent value has been covered, regular billing will resume.
  • Pay the Difference: If the new product is higher in value, just pay the difference. If it’s lower, the remaining balance is forfeited.
  • Access Rules: The replacement product will follow its standard access terms whether monthly, annual, or lifetime—starting from the swap date.

New Releases Are Temporarily Locked for Swaps

Our launches are big deals and we protect them.
  • What’s a New Release? Any product officially introduced via launch webinar, event, or announcement.
  • 14-Day Hold: Newly released products aren’t available as swap options for the first 14 days post-launch.
  • After 14 Days: These products become available under our standard swap terms.

Keeping It Fair

To protect our policy and community:
  • No Multiple Swaps: Only one swap is allowed per transaction.
  • No Abuse: We reserve the right to deny swap requests if we detect misuse or attempts to game the system.
