TICKBLAZE DATA USAGE & POLICY
This Data Usage & Analytics Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users, firms, traders, and entities (“Users”) who access or use any Tickblaze platforms, software, technology, services, back-office tools, OMS/OME systems, or related products (“Services”). This Policy explains how Tickblaze collects, uses, processes, stores, analyzes, shares, and protects trading activity data, platform usage data, analytics data, operational data, and aggregated/anonymized data.
This Policy is incorporated into and made part of the Tickblaze Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable agreements governing the use of Tickblaze Services. By using Tickblaze Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described herein.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy governs Tickblaze’s handling of:-

- OMS/OME-generated data
- Evaluation, challenge, and funded account data
- Performance and behavioral analytics
- Platform usage and telemetry
- Firm-level configuration and operational data
- Aggregated and anonymized data derived from Users’ activity

This Policy does not replace or limit the application of Tickblaze’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Refund Policy, or any agreements entered into with firms or licensees. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and a written contract (e.g., a Software License Agreement or Market Data Services Agreement), the written contract shall prevail.
2. Data We Collect
Tickblaze collects the following categories of data when Users access or interact with our Services:
2.1 Trading Activity Data
Includes data related to simulated, evaluation, demo, or real prop trading activity:
- Orders, executions, fills, cancellations
- Positions, balances, equity, P&L, drawdowns
- Trade timestamps, routing, account events
- Challenge, evaluation, and performance outcomes
- Risk triggers, resets, violations, account states
2.2 Platform, Usage, and Telemetry Data
Includes system-generated operational data:
- Login activity, session metadata, access logs
- Feature usage and workflow interactions
- OMS/OME routing, matching, processing, and system events
- Latency, throughput, diagnostic logs, and performance metrics
- Error reports, crash reports, and service telemetry
2.3 Firm-Level Data (Where Applicable)
For prop firms using Tickblaze enterprise technology:
- Account structures, risk rules, evaluator criteria
- CRM/back-office configurations
- Payouts, challenges, competitions, user listings
- Administrative actions and configuration activity
2.4 Personal Information
Where Users provide personal information (e.g., email, name, contact details), such information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. How Tickblaze Uses This Data
Tickblaze processes User and firm data for the following legitimate business purposes:
3.1 To Operate and Provide the Services
Tickblaze uses data to:
- Facilitate trading workflows
- Run OMS/OME systems
- Manage evaluations, challenges, and account states
- Support user dashboards and analytics
- Maintain service functionality and reliability
3.2 To Improve and Enhance the Platform
Including:
- Detecting and resolving issues
- Optimizing speed, reliability, fill logic, and system stability
- Enhancing user experience
- Adding new functionality
- Conducting internal analytics and testing
3.3 To Provide Tools and Insights to Firms and Traders
Tickblaze may use data to develop:
- Performance analytics and dashboards
- Risk scoring and risk monitoring tools
- Trend analysis and behavior-based insights
- Educational or statistical content
- Trader or firm benchmarking tools
3.4 To Create Aggregated & Anonymized Data
Tickblaze may generate, use, publish, license, or commercialize Aggregated and Anonymized Data, which:
- Does not identify any firm
- Does not identify any trader
- Cannot reasonably be used to re-identify an individual or firm
Aggregated/Anonymized Data may be used for:
- Industry analytics and research
- Market insights and reports
- System and risk model development
- Third-party licensing or commercial partnerships
- Benchmarking and statistical analysis
Such data is not personal data and is not treated as confidential to any individual or firm once anonymized.
4. What Tickblaze Does NOT Do
Tickblaze does NOT:
- Sell personal data
- Sell or disclose firm-specific, trader-specific, or account-specific trading data to competitors or other firms
- Share proprietary trading strategies
- Allow one firm to see another firm’s trading activity
- Redistribute Exchange Market Data outside Exchange rules
- Disclose identifying information derived from trading activity
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Data
Tickblaze may share data under the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers and Partners
Tickblaze may share necessary data with:
- Hosting providers
- Infrastructure providers
- Technology vendors
- Compliance vendors
- Data processing partners
All such partners operate under confidentiality obligations.
5.2 Aggregated/Anonymized Data to Third Parties
Tickblaze may share, license, or publish aggregated/anonymized data for research, analytics, benchmarking, or commercial purposes.
No firm or trader will ever be identifiable from this data.
5.3 Legal, Regulatory, and Exchange Requirements
Tickblaze may disclose data when required by:
- Exchanges
- Regulators
- Government agencies
- Law enforcement
- Court orders
- Audit requirements (including CME/Vendor Of Record obligations)
5.4 Protection of Tickblaze and Users
Data may be shared if necessary to:
- Prevent fraud
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the platform
6. Rights and Responsibilities of Firms and Users
6.1 Firm Responsibilities
Prop firms using Tickblaze must ensure that:
- They obtain any necessary consents from their users
- Their own Terms and Privacy disclosures allow the data uses described herein
- They notify their users of any applicable firm obligations
6.2 User Responsibilities
Users must review this Policy and acknowledge that:
- Tickblaze processes trading and usage data as part of providing the Services
- Trading activity may be used to generate Aggregated/Anonymized Data
- Tickblaze may use such data to improve the platform and develop analytics tools
7. Security and Retention
Tickblaze implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Data is retained for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Services
- Meet legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Maintain platform integrity
- Support continuity and backups
Aggregated/Anonymized Data may be retained indefinitely.
8. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy operates together with:
- Tickblaze Terms of Service
- Tickblaze Privacy Policy
- Tickblaze Risk Disclaimer
- Tickblaze Refund Policy
In case of conflict, the Terms of Service or applicable written contracts (including enterprise agreements) govern.
9. Changes to This Policy
Tickblaze may update or modify this Policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
